Do you offer consultations before coloring, cutting, treatments or any booked services?
If you don’t have an appointment but would like a consultation, we require a non-refundable $25 deposit. This deposit will be applied to your service if you decide to book an appointment.
Do all services include a wash and style?
At the Design House, every visit is a luxurious treatment. We use elevated, professional-grade products to address your hair's needs and enhance your experience.
All haircut, color, texture, and chemical services (excluding add-ons) include a complimentary wash, conditioning, and classic blow-dry style.
Please note that event stylings, treatments, add-on services, and waxing do not include a wash and style.
How are hair extensions fitted and ordered if I am new to hair extensions?
At the Design House, we believe in creating a completely customized experience for your hair extension needs.
Before installation, we ensure the perfect fit by selecting the ideal extension type, technique, and color match tailored specifically to your hair and desired look.
We proudly use high-quality, human-grade Bellami extensions for their natural appearance, durability, and seamless blend. To achieve the best results, we highly recommend booking a consultation before your installation.
During this consultation, we’ll discuss your hair goals, assess your natural hair, and guide you through the process, from ordering your extensions to the final fitting.
Do you offer gender-specific services?

How do I know how much time to book? My confirmation shows a duration.
At our Design House, the durations displayed are suggested estimates to help plan your appointment.
However, these times may vary as we prioritize ensuring that every service is completed professionally and with the proper attention to detail.
If necessary, we may contact you to gather more details or suggest adjusted timings to provide the best solution for your needs. Rest assured, we are committed to delivering the highest quality of service during your visit.
How does the pricing work?
At Joncen Phi Salon, we prioritize having a thorough consultation with every client to ensure we fully understand your hair goals, expectations, and budget. We recognize that everyone’s needs are unique, so we offer customized options to help achieve your desired look while respecting your budget.
All of our booked appointments include a complimentary consultation. During this time, your designer will provide a clear understanding of the pricing and expectations tailored to your service. Please note that all our listed prices are starting prices and/or estimates. If you have any questions, feel free to consult with our designers for clarity.
If you’d like a consultation without booking an appointment, we offer this option for a non-refundable $25 deposit. This deposit can be applied toward any future service or product at the salon.
